27 Mar 2010 Saturday at the Miami Winter Music Conference, world-renowned dance dj Ferry Corsten officially launched Pulse: The Game for iPhone and iPod. Pulse is an innovative, next generation music game featuring six exclusive music tracks by Ferry Corsten and integrated Twitter and Facebook functionality. The game is designed and published by Amsterdam-based Virtual Fairground. We at Rough Cookie have worked really hard on developing this game the past months and we are very proud of the result. 12 Mar 2010 On Wednesday March 24th Rough Cookie will attend the Dutch Android Experience located at the Amsterdam Convention Centre RAI. This is the first event in the Netherlands devoted solely to the Android platform. Let us know if you would like to meet up!

11 Mar 2010 We're very happy our game Star Defense grabs the Pocket Gamer Award 2010 in the Best Strategy/Simulation Game category. Judged by the entire PG editorial team, the winners were announced today at the GDC in San Francisco. We congratulate all other winners!

15 Feb 2010 Rough Cookie is currently working with Bad Monkee on a brand new iPhone game project. Details have yet to be revealed, but we can say already it will be an exciting and fun game. Bad Monkee is an agent specialized in creative game production based in Düsseldorf, Germany. To be continued!

12 Feb 2010 Rough Cookie will be attending the Game Developers Conference 2010 (GDC) in San Francisco this 9-13 March. The GDC is the largest annual gathering of professional video game developers, comprising an expo, networking events, awards shows and a variety of game-related lectures by industry professionals. 29 Jan 2010 IGN made a list of the top 25 greatest iPhone games on the App Store "that matter most". Our very own Star Defense made it to the fourteenth place. "It isn't just the 3D that makes Star Defense special, it's the near-perfect balance between enemy power and tower strength. Star Defense is tough as nails, it is never cheap or unfair. And few tower defense games can boast that." Amen to that.

22 Jan 2010 Rough Cookie has partnered up with the chaps at UK-based Imagination Technologies, primarily known for its PowerVR graphics technoloy. Through the PowerVR Insider program, Imagination Technologies offers technical support to leading mobile game developers and publishers. Rough Cookie works with Imagination to push the latest mobile hardware to its graphical limits.

7 Jan 2010 Rough Cookie, your favorite diamond in the rough, made it to the PocketGamer.biz top 50 iPhone Developers of 2009. It's an impressive list of developers releasing the most appealing games of 2009. The articles states "this is a subjective process but rigor is provided by noting sales performance, critical acclaim of releases, innovation in terms of business approach, and the number and range of titles released during 2009." We feel honored we are ranked #30.

30 Dec 2009 VentureBeat, leading technology and innovation news website, published a list of the top ten most addictive iPhone games of 2009 today. We are quite happy and proud to see our baby Star Defense in this list between all the other great titles released this year.
